As passionate members of the community ourselves, we deeply value our connections with those around us. We prioritize local businesses and resources whenever possible, and we work hard to facilitate meaningful opportunities for our residents and guests to do the same. We work closely with local non-profits and organizations to make sure we are continually providing a positive influence within Santa Teresa and beyond. A portion of our fees and proceeds go toward community initiatives, educational programs, and other local efforts to support local residents and continually improve our wonderful community.
